The Employer Relations Department is an outreach wellness program designed for businesses within Broward County to bring screenings on-site to your workforce and interact with your employees about the different departments and services that the hospitals have to offer. 

• The program is open to employers that offer insurance to their employees that coincides with the hospitals contracted insurance companies and meet the guidelines of the outreach program. 
• The objective of the program is to create awareness regarding health related issues within your company's workforce.
